What does a group leader do?
A group leader is usually the person already planning a family or group trip, the one everyone looks to when it’s time to get people organized. When you partner with Atomic Trips, we take over the logistics. You simply invite your group, and we’ll handle everything else: planning, booking, payments, support, and communication.
We know people will still come to you with questions, so we give you tools to make that easier, including a group app, pre-built checklists, and access to our support team. As the group leader, your entire trip is fully comped, your round-trip flight is covered, and you’ll receive a payout based on how many people attend. While on the trip, you’re not expected to manage anything.
We just ask you to enjoy the experience alongside your group. We’ll make sure you’re supported the whole way, with a great room, helpful staff, and of course, a few drinks on us.
Are the trips realistically priced for my attendees?
100%. These trips are loaded with value! Hotels, meals, daily activities, and all transportation are included. But what really sets us apart? What if I cant get many people to sign up?
You’re never on your own, we’ll track interest together, adjust as needed, and make sure you feel supported throughout the process. And if it’s not the right time? We will work out a way to ensure the dates aren't lost whether by inviting another group to also attend or rescheduling your trip.
How much can I get paid as the trip leader?
Leaders typically earn between $2,000 and $4,000 per trip by bringing a solid-sized group. Your trip is also fully comped, including hotels, meals, activities, and content support, so you’re not coming out of pocket to participate. The more involved you are and the better you connect with your audience, the more rewarding the trip becomes financially and personally. And yes, it’s absolutely possible to make this a repeatable income stream.
Can I bring a plus one?
Yes! For larger groups we offer the option to bring a trusted companion, or comp a family member. If your trip sells well, your plus one can be included for free or at a heavily discounted rate depending on the trip and rooming setup.
How do you manage safety and security?
Safety is one of our highest priorities, for both travelers and leaders. Every attendee goes through a multi-step vetting process before gaining access to the full atomic app and sensitive trip information.
This includes:
A public records check
A live onboarding call with our team
Passport and document upload Verification of their travel plans and identity
Only after completing these steps are they added to the WhatsApp group or given app access for the full scope of trip details. This ensures we maintain a safe environment and that no one joins with harmful intentions or just to collect information. Our logistics team also travels with the group and monitors all transitions, hotels, and activities to ensure on-the-ground safety and peace of mind for everyone.
